• Contact form: your name, the email and/or phone number you choose to give, your preferred contact method, optional details about who you are and what you need, and your message.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address, your consent, and whether you signed up from the pop-up or the footer.
• Technical data: our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser’s own storage is used only to remember that you closed or completed the newsletter pop-up, so it doesn’t keep reappearing.

Please don’t send sensitive information

Do not use this website to send case numbers, criminal history, Social Security numbers, medical details or other sensitive personal or legal information. Website forms are not a secure or confidential channel for that kind of information. If you need to discuss details, please call us.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and connect you with support.
• To send occasional email updates, only if you asked to receive them.

We do not sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

Form submissions (contact and newsletter) are received and stored by Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website, and are then shared with the Life After Life team, for example by email notification. Netlify’s privacy practices are described at netlify.com/privacy. If we later use an email newsletter service, we will name it here.

Our fonts are hosted on this website, so no third-party font service receives your information.

Unsubscribing and your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting us. You can also ask us to update or delete information you sent through this website.

Retention

We keep messages only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and newsletter emails until you unsubscribe.
